Voltage are the school year groups 7 and 8. The group meets on Sunday  morning at Somervale School and from October on Wednesday nights mostly at the Old Town Hall,  7pm-9pm.

The Wednesday night is mostly for the young people to hang out together and create their own programme about what they want to do. The programme is always really varied and we often go to the cinema, have messy and video game evenings, go bowling and much more.

Every year Voltage enjoys going to Soul Survivor down in Shepton Mallett. This is a huge Christian festival where the young people meet with God and meet new people. This happens in conjunction with the Ignite young people's group.

Sundays are often discussion based and more difficult subjects are often covered with the group about things which will affect them in adult life.  In addition, biblical advice is given on a whole variety of subjects which will help them personally move on with God .
