Carol Service with a difference Minimize

Our Carol Service this season, was a fairly traditional carol service with some differences.  Each person after doing their scripture reading during the service was asked to relate a Christmas memory or a Christmas family tradition, then our young dance troupe called Malachi, performed a very evocative dance and finally  incorporated into the service, was an attemp at breaking the World Record of the largest number of people singing the same carols simultaneously.  This was a country-wide attempt arranged by Premier Christian Radio.

However You Dress It Up ..... Minimize

However You Dress it Up, Christmas starts with Christ.. This was the theme of our morning service on the Sunday before Christmas and to illustrate the point, people were asked to come to church dressed differently either in fancy dress in their best clothes.  As you can see some went to extremes, but it all helped to demonstrate that what happens on the inside is the most important thing and when we are talking about Christmas, Christ comes first!
